Open to the whole community, whether you go to church or not. Kids, parents, grandparents, neighbors, and every good boy and girl on a leash.

What to Expect

A cozy fall evening for the whole crew

Trunks full of candy

Our people decorate their cars and hand out candy from the trunk. Walk the lot, collect the goods, admire the creativity.

Treats for the pups

Dog-friendly treat stations and water bowls around the lot, so your dog gets a haul too.

Meet adoptable dogs

A local dog rescue will be on site with dogs looking for their forever homes. Come say hi. (Maybe you leave with a new family member.)

Snacks for the humans

We'll have snacks like popcorn and hot dogs while you make the rounds.

A Few Ground Rules for the Pups

Dogs stay on a leash (6 feet or shorter) the whole time. No retractable leashes, please.
Bring dogs who are comfortable around crowds, kids, and other dogs.
Dogs should be current on vaccinations.
Clean up after your pup. We'll have bag stations, but bring your own too.
Costumes should let your dog see, breathe, and move comfortably.
Chocolate and candy are for humans only. Please keep kid candy away from the dogs.

We're Next Level Church, a laid-back church in Matthews for people who might not normally go to church. We love our neighborhood and we really love dogs. If you ever want to check us out on a Sunday, we meet at 10:00 AM. If not, we're just glad you came out.
